No Refund Policy

All payments made towards mold development, tooling charges, advance payments, design charges, manufacturing costs, or completed orders are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

Once production has started or raw materials have been procured, the order cannot be cancelled. Any advance amount paid will not be refunded.

Quality Assurance

We ensure that every mold and component is manufactured as per the approved drawing, sample, or specifications shared by the customer. Customers are requested to verify all technical details before providing final approval for production.

Manufacturing Defects

If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect that is directly attributable to our workmanship, the customer must notify us within 7 days of delivery along with clear photographs or videos. After inspection and verification, we may, at our sole discretion, repair or rectify the product. This does not entitle the customer to a refund.

Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for providing accurate drawings, dimensions, CAD files, specifications, and application requirements. We shall not be responsible for issues arising due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
