Welcome to Vision Tools India. By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Scope of Services

We specialize in the design, development, repair, modification, and manufacturing of molds, dies, tooling, jigs, fixtures, CNC machined components, and other custom industrial products.

2. Quotations

  • All quotations are valid only for the period mentioned in the quotation.

  • Prices are subject to change if the project scope, specifications, material, or quantity changes.

  • Taxes, transportation, packing, and other applicable charges may be extra unless specifically mentioned.

3. Orders & Production

  • Production will begin only after receiving the customer's written approval and the agreed advance payment (if applicable).

  • Any changes requested after production has started may result in additional charges and revised delivery schedules.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payments shall be made as per the agreed quotation or purchase order.

  • Delay in payment may result in delayed delivery, suspension of work, or additional charges.

  • Ownership of the goods remains with the company until full payment has been received.

5. Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to raw material availability, design changes, customer approvals, transportation delays, machine breakdowns, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

  • We are not liable for indirect losses resulting from delivery delays.

6. Inspection & Acceptance

Customers should inspect the product immediately upon delivery. Any manufacturing-related issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery with supporting photographs or videos.

7. Custom Manufacturing

All molds, dies, tooling, and custom-manufactured products are produced according to customer-approved drawings, samples, or specifications. As these are custom-made products, they cannot be returned or exchanged once manufactured and delivered.

8. Warranty

We provide warranty only against manufacturing defects arising from our workmanship, subject to proper usage and maintenance.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by improper installation or operation

  • Misuse, negligence, accidents, or unauthorized modifications

  • Damage resulting from incorrect machine settings, unsuitable raw materials, or improper maintenance

Our liability is limited to repair or rectification at our discretion. No refund or consequential damages shall be payable.

9. Intellectual Property

All drawings, CAD files, technical documents, product designs, manufacturing processes, and intellectual property provided by the customer remain the property of the customer.

Similarly, our proprietary manufacturing methods, tooling concepts, fixtures, process documentation, and know-how remain our exclusive property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the relevant order. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, production loss, business interruption, or profit loss arising from the use of our products or services.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, flood, pandemic, war, strikes, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, power failures, or shortages of raw materials.

12. Website Content

All text, photographs, videos, product images, logos, and other content available on this website are the property of Vision Tools India unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial use is prohibited.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the city where Vision Tools India is registered.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on this website and become effective immediately upon publication.
